全色盲及び全色弱のERGについて

The ERG in congenital colour-blindness and congenital colour-weakness

I．緒言

　従来臨床的に先天性全色盲と呼ばれて来た色覚異常は稀とは云いながら比較的多いもので，我国に於てさえも所謂先天性全色盲は110余例も報告されている。併し此のElectroretinogram （ERG）に関する報告は未だ極めて少く，Vukovich,Do-dt, Wadensten, François, Verriest, De Rou-ck, Goodman, Iser, Bornschein, Heck, Ren-dahl, Elenius, Zewi，広瀨の諸氏の報告をみるのみである。著者等は臨床的に全色盲或は全色弱と診断された5例に就いてERGを記録したので，其の他の検査成績と比較検討してみたところ興味ある結果を得たので報告する。

ERG was performed on 5 cases which were diagnosed clinically as congenital total color-blindness or weakness. They were differentiated by ERG and other examinations into 2 cases of congenital total color weakness, 2 cases of atypical rod-monochromatism and 1 caseof typical rod-monochromatism.

The a, x and b waves which are found in normal ERG were observed also in congenital total color-weakness. The a, x and b waves observed in atypical rod-monochromatism had smaller response amplitude than those in normal. Very smalll a wave and slightly smaller h wave were present, but x wave was absent in typical rod-monochromatism.
