断帶用キモトラーゼについて

Use of quimotrase for cataract intracapsular extraction

　この報告では20例の白内障全摘出手術にキモトラーゼを用いた。これはアルフアキモトリブシンで斜視鈎を用いる間接断帯に代つて断帯を行い，ベル吸引器も鋸子も用いないで，外部からの圧迫によるスミス法で安全に水晶体を娩出し，経過も良い。但し2例では嚢が破れた。

　キモトラーゼはバイアル入り2ミリグラムのものを10ccの注射用生食水に溶解し，虹彩のうら側に2分半作用せしめる事が適当である。7分間作用せしめた3例中2例では手術1カ月後5ミリ散瞳は縮瞳薬に反応しなかつた。20例中13例はスペイン製を用い，後の7例はモチダ製薬で作つたものを使用した。

This paper is a preliminary report of 20 consecutive cases of intracapsular cataract ext-raction with the use of quimotrase, which is alpha quimo-trypsine and is found by Dr. Bar-raquer recently. 13 cases were done with it made in Spain and 7 cases with it made later by Mochida Co., Tokyo, Japan.

A vial is containing 2 milligrams of quimotrase and dissolved with 10 cc saline solution, as Dr. Barraquer has suggested. It can be replaced the procedure of indirect zonulotomy.
