視神経乳頭及び網膜の転移主性癌腫の1例

On a case of the metastatic carcinoma involved the optic disk and the retina

I．緒言

　転移性の癌腫が眼球を侵すことは比較的稀であるが，特に視束乳頭及び網膜を襲う事は極めて稀と考えられている。著者は本症の例を経験し，一部報告したが，患者はその後3年以上を経た今日尚健在であることを知つたので，極めて興味あることと信じ発表する。

A women, aged 62, who had been operated the breast carcinoma before 12 years, noted a disturvance of right vision.

An ophthalmoscopic examination showed a marked swelling, hyperamia of the optic disk, and opacities, exsudates and hemorrhages of the retina, she also had a tuberculosis of the lung. The first diagnosis was tuberculoma papille. Streptomycin, PAS and INAH were administrated, so the rentogenologic findings of the lung took a better turn, the ocular symptomes became worse and serious.

In March, 1954, the right eye was enucleated.
