東洋医学的にみた虹彩炎（葡萄膜炎）の治療

The treatment of iritis (from the view of oriental medicine)

　Uveitis anteriorは女性に多く，Uveitis po-steriarは男性に多いとされている。こゝでは虹彩毛様体炎（Uveitis anterior）のみを単独に取り上げずに，葡萄膜炎全体の立場から考えた。

　虹彩炎は時代により，又は国によつて，その原因を梅毒，結核，焦点感染等の諸説其の他によつて理由づけてきている。然し乍ら多くの場合そう単純に原因を決定づける訳にはゆかぬ様である。又原因が比較的はつきりしている時でも，それは多くは上に述べた様な細菌等の如き外来原因，乃至は特異的原因について云われる事が多い。従つて往々にして内因乃至は非特異的原因については論じられぬ傾きがある。

From the point of view of the non-diosynerary, 59 cases of Iritis (Uveitis) were indivi-ded into three main classes: 1) beside umblicus syndrome, 2) the others, 3) iritis after the cataract operation.

The therapy had been tried aiming at the beside umblicus syndrome and it came in a good result to cure the iritis of the man as well as the menstrual disorder, climacteric obstruction and iritis of the woman. In the iritis without beside umblicus syndrome, the same effects could be given by the correct judging of the reaction-style and time against the treatment.
