眼内腫瘍3例—腫瘍細胞の微細構造について

Three cases of tumor in the eye

　Virchowが網膜及びグリア細胞からなると考えられる網膜の腫瘍をGlioma retinaeと命名し記載して以来，その細胞の特有の配列，形態に就き，又種々の染色法による詳細な分類等が，幾多報告されているが，この細胞の電子顕微鏡的所見についての報告には，未だ接しない。

　私共は最近，臨床上，網膜膠腫の3例を得，この組織を，光学顕微鏡的，及び，電子顕微鏡的に，その所見を得ることが出来たので茲に報告する。

Three cases of the retinal gluey tumor were examined with a microsope and an electron microscope to know the tissue of tumor.

Case 1. A male of 3 years old……neuroepithelioma

Case 2. A female of 8 years old……retinoblastoma

Case 3. A female of 2 years old……retinoblastoma

The tissues of the tumor were examined by formaline and 1% osmium fixations. In microscopy, though it had amorphous tissue, Rosette cones of radial fibers was observed. In the electron microscopy ; In case 1, the slight uneveness of cells, clear cell-wals, and, in cyto plasm, oval granules with clear boundary which seemed to be mitochondoria were observed.
