眼球突出は，眼窩疾患の最も重要な症候とされているが，眼窩の構造の複雑性，その病変の深在性等により，瘻々眼球突出の原因の診断に困難を感ずる事が稀でない。
我々は阪大外来でみられた眼球突出症例に就き，種々の面より分類観察してみたので以下報告する。
150 cases (0.55%) of exophthalmus of the outpatients who numbered 28,365 over past 3 years from 1953 to 1955 were investigated statistically from the various aspects.
