Three cases of sarcoidosis with uveitis are described.

Case 1. A man aged 25, with a history of suspicion of tuberculous uveitis during last two years, was admitted to the authors' clinic on Dec. 9,1953. The vision was light percep-tion in each eye. There were ciliary flush, precipitates, iris nodules with vascularization and posterior synechia. Tension was 29 and 49 mm. Hg (Schiötz) in the right and the left eye respectively. There were exanthem of the face, enlargement of the salivary glands and generalized painless lymphadenopathy with the nodes enlarged to the size of anegg. The cutaneous tuberculin reaction was negative.
