This instrument is the one for perspective sensitivity test which can examine the ability reconizing the distance ahead the examinied.

The instrument is made of the rectangle box which is 60cm in length, 25cm in width and 20cm in height, and has two peep-holes of 7cm in diameter in the front. Two sticks stand in the box, and one of them is fixed and another one can be moved before and be-hind the fixed one by managing a string tied with it.

The examined shall manage the string at the distance of 5m from the box so that both sticks could meet at astraight line.
