（21）夜盲疾患の新治療法—特にアダプチノールの效果について

New therapy of nyctalopia:especially on the effect of adaptinol

I．緒言

　第二次大戦中，独逸に於いて，視紅再生促進物質として研究せられたHelenienを主体とするAdaptinolを使用し得たので，これを機会に，当教室に於いて最近3年間に，各種の夜盲疾患，殊に日常しばしば遭遇する網膜色素変性を対象として，試みられた種々の治療法の効果を比較検討して見た。

Various treatments, tried for 26 cases of various nyctalopia who had been admittedin our hospital with a chief complaint of night blindness during these 3 years, were stu-died, and we had a following conclusion : 1 For Degeneratio pigmentosa retinae, transplantation of the Hypophysis of cow, X-ray irradiation and extraction of Carotid body, X-ray irradiation of Diencephalon, transplant-ation of iced Skin, Adaptinol, Kallikrein, Vit. A, Methionine, Synahorin, and powders of Thyroid gland showed effectiveness at any rate.
