眼部帯状ヘルペスの2例

Two cases of Herpes Zoster Ophthalmicus

緒言

　眼部帯状ヘルペスに関しては，古くより数多くの報告を見るが，原因に就いても治療に於ても多くの疑問を残している。最近接した眼部帯状ヘルペスの2例に対し，コーチゾン注射，オーレォマイシンの経口的投与治療を行い，又皮膚局所の水泡及び痂皮を取り電子顕微鏡にて観察したので茲に報告し，御参考に供したいと思う。

In the two cases of typical herpes zoster ophthalmicus, the injection of Corton were performed for the first case and Aureoimycin were used by mouth for the second case.

Aureomycin seem to be more effective. Only in the first case, the object, size of 160~ 190mμ, seemed to be virus were found by the electron mycroscopic examination of 10×10⁴ K. V. in the flesh topical blister and crust.
