（26）近視，遠視手術の家兎実験

The examination by the rabitus of the operation of myopia and hyperopia.

1．緒言

　近視手術は高度近視にFukala氏手術が行われたが，以来近年に至る近視に対する効果的治療法はなく，佐藤教授による角膜表裏面切開手術，並にLindner氏鞏膜短縮手術による近視手術が最近に至り近視治療として活溌なる動きを示す様になつた。

　私達は先に，自家考按の乱視量定針に依る乱視量定手術を，交通医学，並に，眼科臨床に発表した。更に今回は，環状凝固針（鋼鉄製）並に，放射状凝固針（サンプラ製）に依り家兎角膜表面より凝固を行い近視手術の量定実験を行い，又，球結膜下より鞏膜赤道部に網膜剥離用凝固針で無数の凝固を行い近視化を得たので報告する。

1) Operation of myopia.

We used the home-made coogulation needless of cireular and radial shapes, and by the former we treated the quantitative operation of myopia to seven head of rabitus, fourteen eyes, with the diameter of 5 and 7 mm ; and by the later we treated the quantitative operation to seven head of rabit. fourteen eyes, we obtained the hypermetropie tendency about three times of the former, namely 3.0 diopter, except the two eyes of less of sight of eye and the corneal opacity.

2) Operation of hyperopia.
