眼疾患に対する細隙灯検査法の研究—第1報 表在点状角膜炎の知見補遺

Studies of the slitlamp microscopy on the ocular disease.Ⅰ Report :New contributional findings to the punctate superficial Keratitis.

Ⅰ．緒言

　表在点状角膜炎に関する研究は古くはDim-mer,Fuchs,Wright氏等，近年Sorsby．Stallard氏等の記載がある如く，現在本症はビールス疾患と考えられるようになつた。然し乍ら本症の細隙灯所見としては古くKoeppe,Meesmann，近年Doggart氏等の記載を見るのほか，本邦では熊野，金子氏等の報告に接するのみで本症の細隙灯的研究はその報告者は極めて少く，細隙灯所見に関しては未だ種々不明の点が少くない。ことに近来Wright氏は本症は多形性角結膜炎であつて前葡萄膜炎を伴うとしヘルペスとの近似性が暗示され，近年Sorsby，荒川氏等の研究に示された如くビールス学的にも本症のビールスが脳炎ビールスに近似するとされているが，古くより記載されるFuchs氏の点状角膜表層炎との細隙灯による検討が従来余り行われなかつたのである。私はそこで流行性角結膜炎Keratoconjunctivitis epide-micaの臨床例多数を集計して此の詳細なる細隙灯所見を検討し得たので茲に報告しようと思う。

In the corneal disease, Prof Ohashi's light section test in which the narrow light beams are used from the sagital direction of the cornea and the cornea is magnified from the right angle direction, is very important to make the diagnosis.

The author has performed the light section test for 3 yrs. in 642 eyes of the superficial pu-nctate keratitis and the statistical sudies were done in its onset, progress, seq, and age.

The nodular opaque of this disease were classified in punctate-form, multiple-form, misty-form and combined-form.
