注視した物体が夫れ自体は全く静止しているにも拘わらず,眼前より遠方へ遠ざかつて行く様に見える現象はHeilbronner (1904)のポロプシー(Porropsie)で,これに対し注視した物体が逆に急に眼前に近附いて来る様に見える現象を私はプレシオノプシーと名づけ,第4回関東甲信越磐越眼科集談会(1951)で発表した。其の後私は更に本症の2例を経験し,多少の新知見を得たので,薮に報告して見度いと思う。
The phenomenon that the gazed object were felt to approach before the eyes were named presionopsie against Heilbronner's porropsie by author. And its first case (41 yr. old female) was reported in 1951. The second case (40 yr. old female) and the third case (11 yr. old female) were added this time. These cases were hysteric mother and her daughter. There were no change of size in the first case, macropia in the second case and micropia in the third case were complained. In the appearance of these cases, three types, normal micropia and macropia were proved in presionopsie like in porropsie.
