白内障手術後におけるBlue cone系反応の変化について

緒言

　白内障手術後に青視症を訴える患者が多いことは，古くより知られているが，それは加齢と共に黄色化した水晶体が除去されることの効果であると一般には考えらねている。もちろん常識的にそれは間違いのない推論であるが，網膜における色覚機構の面から，この問題を検討した報告は少なく，わずかにDodtおよびWalter^7）が，暗順応ERG （b_s波）を指標として水晶体眼と無水晶体眼の比較を行なつているにすぎない。しかし明所視における「清」の感覚に主役を演ずるものは，Blue cone系に属するニウロンであるから，水晶体摘出前後で，それがどのように変化するか，あるいはGreen, Red系反応との均衡がどう変るかについて分析を行なう必要がある。著者らは前報において，強力な黄色光による明順応下で，Blue cone系反応が分離記録出来ることを述べたが，今回白内障手術の前後における同反応系の変化，差異について検討した結果を報告する。

The aim of this papers to study the differen-ces of blue sensitivity between before and after cataract surgery, i.e. the differences between phakic and aphakic states. The photopic ERG responses were averaged with time-locked scann-ing method, using 16 monochromatic stimulus lights of equal energy (1.6W/m²). The response from blue cone system were isolated by bright yellow light adaptation (26W/m²⁾), containing all wave lengths longer than 550nm.
