要約　目的：白内障手術前後の調節と調節微動の高周波成分の出現頻度の変化の報告。対象と方法：白内障手術を受け，術後の矯正視力が1.0以上の10名10眼を対象とした。男性6名，女性4名で，年齢は63～79歳，平均71.4歳である。白内障手術前と術後1か月に，調節反応量と高周波成分とを測定した。測定には眼調節機能解析ソフトウェアAA-2を用いた。結果：調節反応量は，術前0.36±0.24D，術後0.24±0.10Dで，有意差はなかった（p＞0.5）。高周波成分出現頻度は，術前49.42±7.28，術後44.26±3.0で，有意差はなかった（p＞0.5）。結論：白内障手術前後で，調節反応量と調節微動の高周波成分の出現頻度は変化しない。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report changes in the range of accommodation and high-frequency component before and after cataract surgery. Cases and Method：This study was made on 10 eyes of 10 patients who received cataract surgery with intraocular lens implantation and who had best corrected visual acuity of 1.0 or over after surgery. The series comprised 6 males and 4 females. The age ranged from 63 to 79 years,average 71.4 years. They were tested for accommodation and its high-frequency component before and one month after surgery. An accommodation analyzer（NIDEK）was used in the test. Results：Range of accommodation averaged 0.36±0.24D before and 0.24±0.10D after surgery（t-test：p＞0.5）. High-frequency component averaged 49.42±7.28 before and 44.26±3.0 after surgery（t-test：p＞0.5）. Conclusion：There were no changes in the range of accommodation and high-frequency component before and after cataract surgery.
