全身麻酔下の斜視患者の眼位

Position of the Eye and Fluothane Content in Blood of Strabismic Patients under GOF Anesthesia

緒言

　全身麻酔の発達に伴つて，眼科手術も全身麻酔下に行なわれる機会が多くなつている。ことに，斜視の手術が全身麻酔下に行なわれていることは諸家の報告^1）2）3）からも明らかである。しかし，諸家の報告をみると，麻酔の手技，安全性，有用性について言及したものは多いが，全身麻酔の眼球運動または眼位に及ばす影響について論じたものは少ない^{4）5）6）7）}。

　われわれは，斜視患者の全身麻酔下における眼位の変化，ことに麻酔深度と眼位との関係および麻酔下眼位と安静位との関係に興味をもち，症例数は少ないが，GOF全身麻酔時における動脈血中Fluothane濃度と眼位を検討したのでここに報告する。

To study the change in the eye positionunder GOF anaesthesia, following clinical inv-estigation was carried out.

Material was 8 cases of concomitant squint (6 convergent and 2 divergent) and 4 non-str-abismic patients chosen as a control.

Eye position and fluothane concentration in blood were checked at two time-points during anaesthesia ; (1) inducing stage before the in-tubation......10 min. after the beginning of in-halation and (2) surgical stage after intuba-don 30 min. after the beginning of inhalation.
