In the present paper, the author reported acase of oculogyric crisis with retraction of the neck and torticollis in 14-year-old girl, which was caused by a small dosis of Toresten (1 tablet 6. 5 mg, less than 3 tablets).

This girl complained of severe nausea and vomiting with slight fever on December 8, 1972, and was diagnosed as the coryza. Tores-ten was prescribed for symptomatic relief of nausea and vomiting. Several hours after the oral administration of Toresten, an attack of oculogyric crisis was observed which lasted several hours.
