緒言

　乳頭浮腫の原因は多種多様であるが，脳腫瘍によるものが圧倒的に多い。諸家の報告では約60〜80％である。次いで多いのが脳腫瘍以外の頭蓋内病変であり，Systemic diseaseによる乳頭浮腫の症例は稀である。

　今回，われわれはSystemic diseaseによると考えられる乳頭浮腫を示した稀な4症例を経験したので報告する。

4 cases of papilledema caused by systemic disease were reported. The first case was 6 year-old male with acute lymphatic leukemia without increase of C.S.F. pressure. The second and third case were undetermined dyscrasia which showed hepato-splenomegaly and swelling of lymphnodes and in which increased C. S. F. pressure was not observed. The fourth case was 21 year-old male with iron deficiency ane-mia acompanied with a rise of C.S.F. pressure. In this case, improvement of general condition and disapperance op papilledema were recognised by administration of iron pills.
