家兎房水内薬剤移行に関する知見補遺

EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES ON TRANSFER OF THIOUREA AND ITS DERIVATIVES INTO THE AQUEOUS HUMOR OF RABBIT EYE

　薬物の目に対する影響を考える場合，眼組織内への移行ということが大きな問題となるが，そのさい一般には，血中濃度と房水中濃度の比，すなわち房血比をもつて眼内移行の良否が論じられている。

　薬物の種類，また投与法，投与量，投与後の時間経過等によつても房血比は変化する。

The concentration in the aqueous humor and serum of thiourea and derivatives in rabbits were determined by the method of Grote on four groups; the first group was administered intravenously 125 mg/kg of thiourea or its de-rivatives as an isotomic solution, the second gro-up 250 mg/kg intravenously, the third group125 mg/kg intramuscularly, and the fourth gro-up 125 mg/kg intramuscularly, followed by in-travenous drip infusion to maintain the blood level constantly.
