ERGの早期電位，とくにEarly Receptor Potentialに続く陽性電位について

AN ELECTROPHYSIOLOGICAL STUDY OF VISUAL SYSTEM, WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO A CORNEA-POSITIVE RESPONSE IN THE EARLY PHASE OF THE RAT ELECTRORETINOGRAM

緒言

　当教室においては，従来，眼球とくに網膜の生化学的研究を行なつてきた。その概要は第16回日本医学会において倉知（1963）が総会講演として『眼の新陳代謝とくに網膜の新陳代謝』と題して述べた。この方面の最近の研究活動には錐体視物質，網膜の多糖類，網膜乳酸脱水素酵素アイソザイムなどに関するものがある（倉知1970）。

　眼の生化学的研究に関連して，終戦後，網膜，および，視路の電気生理学的研究が加わつた。

The present paper is concerned mainly with the light-evoked retinal response of the albino rat, particularly the early part of the response.

Additionally the electrophysiological work per-formed in our laboratory was also reviewed.

With an intense test flash a cornea-positive potential was produced from the light-adapted eye, which appeared between the negative ph-ase (R₂) of the early receptor potential (ERP) and the a-wave in the electroretinogram (ER G). This cornea-positive potential was called the second positive potential (SPP) in the pre-sent study.

The SPP could be demonstrated in the isola-ted retina as well.
