緒言
眼トキソプラズマ症の臨床像については,鬼木らの詳細な報告がある5)。しかし,その螢光眼底像についてはまだ詳細が明かではない。
著者は,今回本症の螢光眼底撮影を行ない,その写真を立体的に観察し,2〜3の知見を得たので報告する。
Five cases of ocular toxoplamosis were stu-died by fluorophotography resulting in new fi-ndings. The cases included three cases of ap-parent central serous retinopathy with infiltra-tive Patches with remarkably high HA toxo-plasmic reactions and two with focal signs of inflammation in the posterior fundus.
1. Leekage of fluorescein from retinal capil-laries:
The capillary network showed indistinct pat-tern over focally affected areas and was most apparent during the capillary phase.
