A New Approach to Abnormal Color Vision through Colored Slip Method

I．新しい色ならべ法

　色覚検査の理論的な方法は，色空間，色立体全般にわたる色覚異常の状態，主に形と程度を正しくつかまえていなければならない。

　その検査結果から，たやすくその人の色彩判別能力，色彩作業能力がわかり，それをもとに，その能力にふさわしい適性職業が選ばれなければならない。

The colour space can be divided into ten hue groups at large. Each hue group can be divided into high-chroma group, medium-chroma-high-value group, medium-chroma-low-value group, low-chroma-high-value group and low-chroma-low-value group which can be represented by small coloured pieces.

The present new ten-hue test can examine the hue discrimination ability for each small group listed above. It can exactly assess the grade of abnormal colour sense and also leads to understanding of the basic mechanisms of the colour sense abnormality.
