視神経乳頭硝子疣と網膜色素線条症の共存せる症例について

Familial Occurrence of Angioid Streaks and Drusen of the Disc

I．緒言

　視神経乳頭硝子疣は1858年Müllerにより初めて記載され，最近10年間の文献を見ても毎年数例の報告が見られ，それほどまれなものではない^1）。他方網膜色素線条症は1889年Doyne，内藤らの報告以来現在までに報告されたもののみをみても，内外合わせて数百におよぶものと思われる^2）。しかしこの両者の共存せる症例はかなりまれであり，特に親子2代にわたる遺伝例はいまだ見られない。ここにその1例を報告し，あわせて若干の考察を試みることとした。

Drusen on the disc and angioid streaks were observed in a 56-year-old male and his 14-year-old son. Visual disturbance in the left eye, bilateral visual field defect and disturbance in dark adaptation comprised the chief symptoms in the father. The findings appeared to be stationary for the last 22 years.

The visual acuity, dark adaptation and ERG findings were almost normal in the 14-year-old patient. Sector-shaped visual field defect was detected and was interpreted as characteristic for drusen of the disc. Only fundus mottling was observed instead of classical angioid streaks.
