C: A Nomogram

　日常，眼科外来において，NC／D比（Rd），すなわち近見輻輳比（heterophoria methodにて測定した値）をもつて，おおよそのAC／A比の値としているようてあるが，著者は，ここ2〜3年来，両者を区別することを主張してきた。

　そこで，今回，日常忙しい眼科診療において，少しでも，時間が節約できればと思つてR．D．Reineckeのnomogramに修正，改良を加え，NC／D比（Rd）のみならず，PC／D比，およびAC／A比を計算できるような，nomogramを試作したので，ここに紹介する（第1図）。

A nomogram was devised to facilitate the estimation of AC/A ratio as well as values for NC/D (near-convergence/distance) and PC/D (proximal convergence), which have to be dif-ferentiated, categorically, from AC/C values. The nomogram, shown as Fig. 1 in the text, is essentially an improved version of the one described by Reinecke (1967). Sample procedures for calculation are shown (Fig. 2 to 4).
