  • Look Inside

The spectral sensitivity of the human eye under a constant level of acuity and contrast is defined.

It was found that a number of narrow and high maxima and minima was obtained on the obtained sensitivity curves.

The position of these maxima partially appears to coincide with that of the known maxima on the spectral sensitivity curves obtained under a constant brightness level, that is, luminosity curve.

Moreover, the acuity spectral sensitivity under the flicker phenomena are obtained. The minimum of the acuity sensitivity appears at the flicker frequency 8-9 c.p.s. where the flicker sensitivity is maximum.
