Studies on Color Vision Using Color Flicker Vision Tester

緒言

　色覚正常者，第2色覚異常者（deutan）と第1色覚異常者（protan）とは比視感度曲線が異なる。また選択色順応効果は正常者には認められるが上記異常には認められない。この両者を測定することによつて，正常者，protan, deutanの3者を簡単，確実に分離できることが池田・浦久保によつて示された^1）2）。この事実を多数の被検者について確認するために，小型軽量化したcolor flickerを用いた試作色覚検査器（Color Flicker Vision Tester）を製作した^3）。

　今回はこの試作器を用いて，正常者22名，protan 12名，　deutan 34名についての検査成績を報告する。今までのところ正常者，protan, deutanは確実に鑑別可能である。なお5名のproto-carrierについて測定したところ，正常者とprotanの中間の値を示すものを認めた。

With the use of a Color Flicker Vision Tester, which employs the flicker photometry between red and green stimuli with and without a red adapting field, 73 subjects were tested among which 22 were normal, 12, protans, 34, deutans, and 5 were proto-carriers. The test discriminat-ed color defectives including proto-carriers very clearly from normals but it showed cor-relation, in case of deutans, between the present results and those determined with the anomalo-scope as to the degrees of color defectives. Photo-carriers showed the Schmidt's sign and further they exhibited a low selective chromatic adapting effect.
