同一症例に角膜移植と網膜剥離手術を行なつた経験

Keratoplasty and retinal detachmant operation. Case report

緒言

　視力改善の目的で角膜移植を行ない，幸いにして透明治癒せしめ得ても，その背後に白内障やその他の疾患が存在し，これらに対しても手術的処置を行なわなければならぬ症例に遭遇する事がある。著者は最近，角膜移植を行なつた眼に網膜剥離が存在し，手術によつてこれを復位せしめ得た経験を得たので報告する。

A report is presented over a case in which retinal detachment occurring after penetrat-ing keratoplasty could be brought to cure bysurgery.

A 60-year-old female was admitted to the author's clinic due to progressive impaired vision of both eyes initiating during chldhood.

Corrected vision was 50cm/n. d. OD and 30 cm/n.d. OS at the time of admission. Cicat-rified trachoma and corneal pannus was pre-sent in both eyes. Numerous vesicles were moreover present in the right cornea and band keratopathy in the left, making a detailed examination of the iris and the lens impos-sible.
