Studies on diabetic retinopathy and sclerotic changes of ocular fundus:(2) Incidence of retinopathy and distribution of sclerotic changes.

I．硬化度とRet発生率

　第1,2表に眼数とRet発生率をあげてある。

（1）蛋白尿（＋）では，（—）に比べて高血圧者ではS₁（Deppression），S₂（Tapering）群に発生率が高く，非高血圧者では0°とS₁に多い。

(1) The factor of albuminuria with hyper-tension and sclerosis had some effect on the occurrence of retinopathia.

(2) When urine protein was positive, the retinopathia was observed in high incidence in cases with high blood pressure, while the factor of blood pressure was of little impor-tance when urine protein was negative.

(3) The incidence of retinopathia was rather high in the cases with normal or slightly sclerotic ocular fundus when hypertension existed whether urine protein was positive or not. It seemed therefore to have no close relation to the ocular fundus.
