石原式数字表，同曲線表，HRR表，TMC表による異常者検出力の比較検討

Ⅰ．緒言

　色覚異常者の検出には，通常色盲表でスクリーニングを行つて異常の疑いのあるものについてアノマロスコープ検査をしている。色盲表はなるべく少ない表数で正常異常をはつきり判定できるものが良いことはいうまでもないが，従来の成績では表数の少ないものはやや検出力が劣り，またどの表でも正常者と異常者の誤読数の間に多少ともオーバーラップがある。私達は今度，小学1年から6年までの学童約3,300名について，石原式数字表，同曲線表，AO-H—R-R表，東京医大式色覚検査表による検査を行い，その結果を比較してみた。

Ishihara Plates (17 numeral and 5 winding-line plates) and H-R-R Plates were used for screening of color vision defects in 3315 school-children ranging from 6 to 12 years of age. Children who misread more than two among all the Ishihara numeral plates and those who misread more than one among 4 H-R-R scree-ning plates were subjected to anomaloscopic examinations, 96 color vision defects were thus revealed. 1196 among all the children, including 96 color vision defects above men-tioned, were examined again with TMC Plates.The efficiency of these plates as screening device was compared as follows:
