手持眼底写真機に就いて

A New Hand Fundus-Camera

　眼底写真撮影法は最近感光材料の進歩に伴い，益々改善されかなり立派な写真が得られるようになつた。特に欧米では眼底撮影はあらゆる面に広く用いられ始めて来つつある。現在行われている撮影方法はすべて大型検眼鏡を利用するものであつて，1925年に発表された有名なZeiss-Norden-sonのFundus Camera，又はその改良型を使用するのが通常である。

　しかしこれらの大型眼底写真機はかなり高価であり，携帯不能で，又臥位の患者には使用することが出来ない。従つて我々臥床医家が外来で手軽に確実に撮影することは不可能である。

The author devised a new fundus camera applying the mechanism of direct ophthalmosc-ope. The picture is made on the 16mm film by use of short focal lenses. This instrument is simple and operated by single hand, and would be useful for all clinicians. The photofla-sh bulb or electronic flash is applied as the light sourse.
