眼付属器リンパ腫とクラミジア感染症の関連

Relationship between ocular adnexal lymphoma and Chlamydia psittaci infection

要約　目的：眼付属器リンパ腫とクラジミア感染症の関連を検索した報告。対象と方法：凍結組織として保存されている10例の眼付属器リンパ腫からDNAを抽出し，クラジミアDNAを検索した。リンパ腫が残存または未治療の症例7例に塩酸ドキシサイクリンを投与し，16～20か月後まで追跡した。結果：眼付属器リンパ腫の組織からChlamydia psittaciのDNAは検出されなかった。塩酸ドキシサイクリンを投与した眼付属器リンパ腫7例中2例で，腫瘍がわずかに縮小し発赤が軽減した。結論：凍結組織として保存されている眼付属器リンパ腫から，クラジミアDNAは検出されなかった。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the relationship between ocular adnexal lymphoma and Chlamydia psittaci infection. Material and Method：DNA was extracted from 10 frozen specimens of ocular adnexal lymphoma. An attempt was made to detect DNA of Chlamydia psittaci in the extracted DNA. Doxycyclin was given perorally to another series of 7 patients with active or untreated ocular adnexal lymphoma. They were followed up for 16 to 20 months. Results：DNA of Chlamydia psittaci was not detected in the DNA extracted from frozen specimens of ocular adnexal lymphoma. The lymphoma showed slight remission in 2 out of 7 patients after receiving doxycyclin. Conclusion：DNA of Chlamydia psittaci was not detected in frozen specimens of ocular adnexal lymphoma.
