要約　目的：鈍性外傷で虹彩支持型有水晶体眼内レンズが偏位した症例の報告。症例：52歳男性に約－8Dの近視があり，虹彩支持型有水晶体眼内レンズの挿入を受けた。その1年後，作業中に屋根を固定していたゴムが切れ左眼に当たった。所見：矯正視力は右2.0，左手動弁で，眼圧は右30mmHg，左42mmHgであった。左眼には角膜浮腫と前房出血があった。眼内レンズは下方に偏位していた。右眼には左眼と同じ眼内レンズが挿入されていたが，偏位はなかった。1mm²あたりの角膜内皮細胞数は右1,094個，左1,848個であった。結論：虹彩支持型有水晶体眼内レンズは軽微な鈍性外傷で偏位し，視機能障害が生じることがある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report a case of dislocation of iris-supported phakic intraocular lens（IOL）following blunt trauma. Case：A 52-year-old man had received insertion of iris-supported phakic IOL for myopia of －8 diopters. One year later, his left eye was hit by a ruptured piece of rubber while working. Findings：His corrected visual acuity was 2.0 right and hand motion left. The intraocular pressure was 30mmHg right and 42mmHg left. The left eye showed corneal edema and hyphema. The IOL was dislocated inferiorly. The IOL in the right eye was intact. The corneal endothelium showed cell population of 1,094/mm² right and 1,848/mm² left. Conclusion：Iris-supported IOL may be dislocated by minor blunt trauma to the eye.
