井上眼科病院におけるフルオレセイン蛍光眼底造影での副作用

Complications of fluorescein angiography in Inouye Eye Hospital

要約　目的：井上眼科病院でフルオレセイン蛍光眼底造影で副作用が生じた症例と，蛍光眼底造影を控えた症例の報告。対象：過去2年間に蛍光眼底造影を予定した3,562例を対象とした。結果：3,497例に蛍光眼底造影が実際に行われた。造影剤によると思われる副作用が53件（1.53％）で起こった。これら症例には，性別と年齢については特異性がなく，6月と9月に副作用が多く発生した。蛍光眼底造影を控えた65例（1.82％）については，その理由として，心臓，腎臓または肝臓の障害と高血圧が多かった。結論：フルオレセイン蛍光眼底造影を行うときには，患者に十分な説明を行い，検者は季節変動にも配慮して副作用に留意する必要がある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report complications of fluorescein angiography at Inouye Eye Hospital. Cases：This retrospective study was made on 3,562 cases who were scheduled for fluorescein angiography during the past 2 years. Results：Fluorescein angiography was performed on 3,497 cases. Complications supposedly due to fluorescein occurred in 53 cases（1.53％）. There was no characteristic features regarding gender or age of these 53 cases. Fluorescein angiography was scheduled but not performed in 65 cases（1.82％）. Fluorescein angiography was withheld due to cardiac, renal or hepatic lesions, or systemic hypertension. Conclusion：Complications still do happen during fluorescein angiography. Patients ought to receive detailed information beforehand. The physician or photographer ought to pay due precaution including seasonal features.
