感受性からみた年代別の眼科領域抗菌薬選択2006

要約　目的：眼科領域での細菌の，年齢層毎にみた抗菌薬に対する感受性の報告。方法：2006年8月までの1年間に279例の結膜炎患者から分離された細菌を検索した。患者の年齢層を，0歳，15歳まで，64歳まで，65歳以上の4群に分けた。抗菌薬として，クロラムフェニコール（CP），ジベカシン（DKB），sulbenicillin（SBPC），levofloxacin（LVFX），tosfloxacin（TFLX），gatifloxacin（CFLX），エリスロマイシン（EM），テトラサイクリン（TC），バンコマイシン（VCM）に対する感受性を調べた。結果：全症例での1位はStaph. epidermidis，2位はCorynebacterium，3位はStaph. aureusであった。15歳未満群ではHemophilus influenzaeが1位または2位であった。どの年齢層でもメチシリン抵抗性黄色ブドウ球菌（MRSA）にはVCMとCPが有効であった。すべての年齢層に対し，CMXが第1選択として勧められ，1歳以上ではTCが概して有効である。64歳未満ではGFLXが奏効する症例が多い。結論：抗菌薬による結膜炎の治療では，上記の結果を参考にすることが勧められる。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the sensitivity of bacteria to antibiotics in 4 age groups. Method：Bacterial organisms were isolated from 279 patients with conjunctivitis. They were tested for sensitivity to：chloramphenicol（CP）,erythromaycin（EM）,tetracycline（TC）,dibekacin（DKB）,cefmenoxicime（CMX）,vancomycin（VCM）,sulbenicilin（SBPC）,levofloxacin（LVFX）,tosfloxacin（TFLX）,and gatifloxacin（GFLX）. Patients were divided into 4 age groups. Results：The most frequent microorganism was Staph. epidermidis,followed by Corynebacterium and Staph. aureus. VCM and CP were effective for methicillin-resistant Staph. aureus（MRSA）in all age groups. CMX seemed to be the first choice for all age groups. Patients over 1 year of age responded to TC. GFLX was generally effective for patients under 64 years of age. Conclusion：Conjunctivitis can best be treated by antibiotics with the above results in mind.
