眼窩内血腫の2例

Two cases of orbital hematoma

　眼窩内血腫の2例を経験した。1例は51歳女性で特発性であり，発症から12時間以内に眼球突出と眼圧上昇が起こり，血腫除去術で寛解した。他の1例は25歳女性で，落馬して頭部を打撲し，右眼に眼球突出が起こった。急性硬膜外血腫，脳挫傷，外傷性くも膜下血腫があり，血腫除去術が行われた。眼球突出の原因は眼窩内血腫であったが2週間後に自然寛解した。2症例とも骨膜下血腫であった。

　We observed two cases of orbital hematoma. It developed spontaneously in a 51-year-old woman,followed by proptosis and acute ocular hypertension within 12 hours of onset. Cure was obtained by surgical removal of orbital hematoma. A 25-year-old woman developed proptosis after she was hit on her head while falling from a horse. She later showed acute epidural hematoma,cerebral contusion,and subarachnoidal hematoma,necessitating surgical removal of hematoma. The proptosis proved to be due to intraorbital hematoma and subsided spontaneously after 2 weeks. The intraorbital hematoma was located external to the periost in both cases.
