Estrogen・gestagen混合内服剤による計画的予定月経日変更に関する研究

On the Planned Control of the time of Expected Menstruation by means of combined estrogen-gestagen administration by mouth

　Schröder　（1915）は卵巣と子宮内膜との周期性変化が因果関係をもつて起ることを明らかにした。氏は排卵を伴わない子宮出血は月経ではないと考えた。その後無排卵性の月経周期があることがわかつて月経の定義は広く解せられていることは周知の如くである。佐伯（1932）がサルに就て研究した如く，無排卵性の周期であればestrogenの注射や内服によつて出血の時期をcontrol出来ることは，既に日常容易に経験された処である。ただ排卵性周期の場合にはestrogenとproges—terone，またはprogesteroneのみを毎日注射しても予定月経をおくらせることは出来る場合もあるが一般には相当に困難である（Long　＆　Brad—bury,1951；Bradbury,Long　＆　Durham,1953；藤井（久），1956）。

As well known, Schröder found the intimate relationship between ovarian and endometrial cycles and was of opinion that there was no menstruation without preceding ovulation. Of late one speaks of anovulatory as well as ovulatory cycle in the extended sense of the menstrual cycle. In the an-ovulatory cycle any expected menstruation can be easily postponed by parenteral or oral administration of estrogen.
