抄録：小児反復性外傷性股関節脱臼は極めて稀である．最近我々は2回の外傷性股関節脱臼を起こした4歳4カ月の女児を経験したので，その股関節造影像ならびに手術所見を述べ，とくにその治療法について文献的考察を加える．小児外傷性股関節脱臼には必ず関節造影を施行し，関節包の断裂が認められたなら縫合が必要と考える．
