抄録：両胸鎖関節強直を伴った掌蹠膿疱症性骨関節症患者に，右鎖骨骨折を経験した，患者は48歳女性で，胸鎖関節強直の期間は不明であるが，明らかな外傷の既往もなく，掌蹠膿疱症性骨関節症や他疾患による病的骨折の可能性もないことより，力学的弱点部に起こった疲労骨折と考えた．
