骨結核が長管骨骨幹部に原発することは極めて稀であり，われわれの渉猟し得た限りでは，本邦報告例は今日まで4例を数えるに過ぎない．今回われわれはこの様に甚だ稀な橈骨に発生した本症の1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．
