はじめに
骨原発性悪性線維性組職球腫（以下MFH of boneと略）の報告例は少なく，適切な臨床的処置（診断，予後の判定，治療法等）について一致した見解は確立されていない．自験6症例を報告し，MFH of boneとそのcounter partとしての良性骨原発性線維性組織球腫の定義と範囲について述べ，臨床像，病理組織像，特に病理組織像と予後の関係，治療法と予後について検討し，治療指針の一助とすることが本文の目的である．最初に症例を報告し，次に検討事項について述べる．
