抄録：肘関節脱臼は日常よくみられる外傷であるが，肘関節脱臼のうち，横分散脱臼は過去にX線像のある症例報告は9例しかなく，非常に稀である．我々は，5歳男子の横分散脱臼の1例を経験し，保存的治療により良好な結果を得たので報告する．
