　神経内発生ガングリオンの2例を経験したので報告する．症例は51歳の女性で，尺骨神経運動枝麻痺を呈し，MRIでギヨン管内にガングリオンを認めた．2例目は60歳の男性で左手背に腫瘤が出現し，触ると橈骨神経浅枝領域への放散痛を自覚した．2例とも神経内ガングリオンであり，ガングリオンの可及的摘出を行った．神経損傷の可能性があったために，神経内の操作は施行しなかった．術後には，神経麻痺や放散痛は消失したが，1例目でガングリオンの再発があった．

　We report two cases of intraneural ganglion of a peripheral nerve.　A 51-year-old woman complained of paralysis of the intrinsic muscles of the hand, and MRI revealed a ganglion in Guyon's canal.　A 60-year-old man complained of radiating pain when a ganglion of the superficial radial nerve was tapped.　The intraneural ganglions were excised, with preservation neural integrity in both cases.　The symptoms resolved after surgery in both cases, but the ganglion recurred in Case 1.
