小児腰椎分離症の2例 Juvenile Lumbar Spondylolysis. 　抄録：今回われわれは，過度なスポーツ歴のない小児腰椎分離症の2例を経験した．症例1は7歳，女性．第5腰椎に亀裂型の分離を認めたため，硬性コルセットを6カ月間着用させた．骨癒合は得られていないが，腰痛は消失し経過良好である．症例2は9歳，男性．第5腰椎に亀裂型の分離を認めたため，硬性コルセットを6カ月間着用させた．骨癒合は得られず強固な腰痛が残存したため，分離部固定術を施行した．腰痛は消失し経過良好である．腰椎分離症の発生原因としては，成長期における疲労骨折との意見が多い．しかし今回の2症例は明らかなスポーツ活動を行ってはおらず，発生原因としてスポーツなどの後天的な要因よりも，腰椎前弯の増強および腰椎椎体台形化などの先天的な要因が強いと考えられた．10歳未満で発症する症例は，発症頻度は少ないが先天的要因が強く，保存的治療に抵抗性であると思われた．

　Most cases in juvenile lumbar spondylosysis have played some sports excessively. We treated two cases in juvenile lumbar spondylolysis who had not played any sport. In one case, 7 years old, a brace was effective and low back pain was reduced. But CT scan showed no change of separated pars interarticularis. In other case, 9 years old, conservative treatment was failed and finally surgical treatment was undergone.

　We speculate that juvenile patient in lumbar spondylolysis, especially under 10 years old, was more related to congenital factor than excessive sport activity.
