結核性肩関節炎の2例

Tuberculosis of the Shoulder Joint : Report of Two Cases

　抄録：2例の結核性肩関節炎を経験した．2例とも軽微な肩関節痛，強い可動域制限を主訴としており，肩関節周囲炎として治療されていた．発症から1年8カ月で膿瘍を形成し確定診断にいたった．いずれも抗結核剤投与，病巣掻爬灌流術を行い感染を消退せしめた．単純X線写真の経時的変化を提示し読影上の注意点を報告する．

　Tuberculosis of the shoulder is rare. The standard treatment is antitubercular chemotherapy followed by debridement, if necessary. We describe two patients with tuberculosis of the shoulder treated by chemotherapy and surgery. The diagnosis is usually delayed because the symptoms often resemble those of periarthritis of the shoulder. Our experience in these two cases highlights the importance of including tubercular arthritis in the differential diagnosis of shoulder pain.
