　われわれは比較的稀な尺骨の急性塑性変形を伴う橈骨頭脱臼の1症例を経験した．症例は7歳，女児で主訴は左肘関節痛であった．転倒した際に肘関節伸展位で手掌をついて受傷し，X線像にて橈骨頭脱臼を認めた．また，前腕に疼痛は認めなかったが，前腕X線像にて尺骨のacute plastic bowingを認めた．橈骨頭脱臼は徒手整復にて容易に整復され，再脱臼も認めなかったため保存的治療とし，経過は良好である．

　We reported a rare case of traumatic radial-head dislocation with acute plastic deformation (APD) of the ulna. A 7-year-old girl experienced left elbow pain but not pain in the forearm after a forward fall. Radiography showed dislocation of the radial-head and APD of the ulna. Closed reduction was easily done by keeping the forearm supine under an axial block. No redislocation or instability of the elbow joint occurred, showing that conservative therapy may yield good results.
