コツとピットフォール
1．腸管の口径・厚さに応じたサイズの自動吻合器，ステイプルを用いる．
2．ステイプル同士の重なりをできるだけ避ける．
3．切離断端の把持には，組織挫滅の少ない鉗子を使用する．
4．腸管軸の捻れに注意する．
5．腸間膜の巻き込みを避ける．
6．腸間膜および吻合部近傍の処理，あるいは追加縫合の際に辺縁動静脈・直動静脈を損傷しない．
