腹膜播種性転移をきたした胃小型gastrointestinal stromal tumor（GIST）の1例

A small malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumor of the stomach with peritoneal dissemination：a case report

はじめに

　現在，免疫染色でCD34およびc-kit陽性病変をgastrointestinal stromal tumor（以下，GIST）と定義するのが一般的である．その良・悪性度診断はGISTの概念が確立される前，すなわち平滑筋腫や平滑筋肉腫などと呼称していた時代より難しいことが多く，術前に確定診断を得ることは稀である．そのため，手術適応の基準は議論の分かれるところである．

　今回われわれは，腹膜播種性転移をきたした胃小型GISTの1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．
