症例呈示
症例：O．J．76歳男性，1920年3月31日生，1996年6月9日死亡（ID No 00364634）
主訴：視力低下（眼前霧視，暗い）
We report a 76 year-old man who developedblurred vision and dementia. He was apparentlywell until April 4,1990(70-year-01d at that time)when he had a sudden onset of bilateral loss ofvision. Corrected vision was 0,1 (right) and O.09deft). He was admitted to the ophthalmologyservice of our-hospital on April 9,1990, and neur-ological consultation was asked on Aprill11.
Neurologic examination revealed alert and ori-ented man without dementia. Higher cerebralfunctions were intact.
