脳波所見で三相波を示した急性一酸化炭素中毒不全間歇型の1例

A CASE OF INCOMPLETE INTERVAL FORM OF ACUTE CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING WITH TRIPHASIC WAVES IN THE ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAPHY

はじめに

　最近われわれは急性一酸化炭素中毒の不全間歇型の1症例の再燃時に一過性に，脳波上いわゆる三相波を認めた。一酸化炭素中毒における三相波の報告は少なく^1）2），また間歇型の例で症状の得燃期に一致して三相波を認めた例の記載は見当らない。三相波の発生機序を考える上に示唆に富む症例と思われるのでここに報告する。

A 72-year-old female with incomplete interval form of acute carbon monoxide poisoning due to incomplete burning in a closed room was reported. She was found in a comatous state, which had been recovered untill two weeks after the accident, when she gradually developed akinetic mutism and extrapyramidal sign. At the time of the exacer-vation, so-called triphasic wave pattern was tran-siently observed in her electroencephalogram. This triphasic waves were considered as a electroenceph-alographic manifestation of cerebral involvement at the time of exacervation in a case of interval form of carbon monoxide poisoning.
