はじめに
最近われわれは,脳血管撮影によつて外傷性中大脳動脈断裂を確認し得た1症例を経験したので,若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
One case of the ruptured middle cerebral artery due to head trauma was reported. Its carotid angio-graphy showed extravasation of contrast medium from the proximal portion of the right middle cerebral artery.
Hitherto, reports of traumatic vascular rupture are extremely rare to our knowledge, but they will be seen more frequently by performance of emergent angiography in severe head trauma.
Quick anastomosis of the ruptured artery might rescue this patient.
On this point, non suture vascular anastomosis utilizing plastic adhesives with an aid of suluble spindle tube which we have contrived may appli-calble to such cases.
